I see something different each time I look at this one.

Texture is not always easy to illustrate. I was pleased with the texture of the wood, but will have to work a little more on the old paint.

I loved the window on this door and just had to try it.

This piece was inspired and certainly fit the theme....

Even the names are inspiring...chartreuse, fuschia, aubergine, framboise, opaline, verdigris, dahlia, vermilion..........a chaos of color.

Angles ~ art is about perspective. Its all a matter of where you're standing at the time.

Well, here I am along with millions of others ~ just puttin' it out there. As you may have guessed 'art' is my passion. And it comes in many forms, from sewing to water color to writing to puppets to cultural cuisine to woodworking to...well..the sky's the limit. Growing up with a carpenter for a father and a seamstress for a mother, I was completely and totally immersed in a world where for the most part if you needed or wanted it - you made it yourself.

So here I am. And here it is....my passion.........
